Inspection Trips

We will personally help you organise an inspection trip. These visits can be tailor made to suit individual client requirements and will normally last for a duration of between 4 and 7 days.
Upon your arrival you will be met at Alicante airport and transported to the accommodation that has been reserved for you. During your stay you will be taken to see various development areas and you will have ample time to view the show houses and apartments that fall within your specific price bracket. A good balance of free time is allocated to each day so you'll have plenty of time to relax and enjoy the sun. You will also be taken on a comprehensive guided tour of the main town, places of interest and of course visit some of the many famous Costa Blanca beaches.
You will also be escorted on 4 evenings and given the opportunity to sample some of the many excellent bars and restaurants as well as chat with people already enjoying their properties in the sun, all with our compliments of course.
The client will meet the cost of flights to Alicante, and accommodation will be charged at £25 per night for your apartment. Accommodation costs are refundable upon purchase.
